9/10/15 10am-3pm

On my first day out in industry I completed three reflexology treatments.
I provided a foot soak, scrub, reflexology and massage to cool down on each client.

The first client I worked on was very challenging and gave me the impression that she was very hard to please. She told me that my technique wasn't what she was used to and the she required more pressure, I explained that reflexology is a none invasive treatment and wasn't designed to provide a vast amount of pressure on the feet, Unfortunately as it was my first day I didn't know how to locate different equipment in the salon therefore the client wasn't very warm i managed to find her a blanket an wrapped her feet up in towels to keep them warm however she complained of being cold at the end of her treatment, On my second treatment I planed to sort a heater out and extra blankets.

The second client I worked on was my manager (Lynda) she encouraged me to use more pressure I added a little more but kept to the technique I have learnt as I know that reflexology is not meant to be invasive and should not cause pain to the client or the therapist. Overall she enjoyed the treatment.

The third client I worked on thoroughly enjoyed her treatment with me she has regular reflexology treatments and said that mine was very relaxing and the pressure was perfect.
