Today I have spent time assisting on reception answering the phone, taking bookings and greeting clients. I also made hot drinks for clients whilst they waited for there treatment.
I also helped out cleaning up after other therapist so that they could get on with there next client this prevent them running behind on there treatments.
When i had nothing to do I spend my time cleaning all the rooms in the salon I changed coach rolls, emptied bins, tidied and cleaned trolleys I restocked all products that were running out. I then cleaned a wax pot to remove all excess wax that had set on the machine.
I didn't provide any treatments today.
