During the day we realised that a therapist who was booked out to do a treatment later on in the day hadn't turned up so me and another one of the therapist Sam had to cover this luckily because I can provide massage and facial treatments the problem was solved quickly and we alternated the two ladies to suite the treatments we where providing without showing any cause for concern.
My client was very happy at the end of her treatment which I provided a facial and a back, neck and shoulder massage she gave me a tip to say Thankyou! I feel my first full treatment at Lynda's salon went really great!!!
