Today I spent the day assisting the other therapist with the smooth running of the salon, as well as making sure everything was clean and tidy ready for Monday morning!
I also spent a lot of the day on reception I believe my reception skills are improving!
Later on in the day I had to cover for one of the therapist and provide a massage treatment as well as a file and polish on the toes (mini pedi) the client really enjoyed her treatment and says she will be returning! I was tipped for this treatment.

I'm Today I provided 4 massage treatments on various clients some were booked in for back, neck and shoulder massage with some sales and promotional skills I managed to get them to upgrade to either full body or a longer back massage treatment. Most of my clients re booked and i also made £11 in tips which made me feel great!!!! My clients where really appreciative of my service and made me feel like i had done a good job at looking after them as i always want my clients to feel important and cared for.
I also spent time between clients cleaning the salon and restocking each room which was running low on products etc.
I spent some of the day on reception taking calls and making bookings.
